Job summary

PT Datacaraka Solusindo is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes in an IT services environment. You will administer HR policies, maintain records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

The role requires 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, proficiency with HRIS and payroll software, and strong communication skills to support a healthy workplace culture in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
• Ability to manage confidential employee information and handle personnel matters with discretion.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engagement across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures.
• Handle insurance and employee benefits.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and labor regulations.
• Create and maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and relevant departments to resolve attendance discrepancies.
• Handle employee relations and HR-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
• Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement programs, and internal activities.
• Monitor and supervise the execution of Office Assistant duties to ensure tasks are completed properly and on schedule.
• Contribute to workplace health, safety and welfare initiatives.
• Support daily administrative operations including procurement, fixed assets, and general office coordination.
