Job summary

TalentGo is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations in Jakarta. You will handle records, attendance, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

You will support employee relations, performance reviews, and development initiatives, and assist with recruitment when needed. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferable in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, and employment practices
• Experience with employment contracts, HR policies, SOPs, and employee relations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
• High level of integrity when handling confidential information
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferably experienced with retail F&B (e.g., Ismaya, MAP, Artisan Group)
• Understanding of taxation (perpajakan) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and offboarding
• Draft and maintain employment contracts, HR documentation, policies, and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Manage employee insurance, benefits administration, and related external providers
• Handle employee relations and support management on workplace and disciplinary matters
• Support performance reviews, employee development, and other people initiatives
• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities when required
• Continuously improve HR processes as the organization grows
