Job summary

PT. Pasifik Cipta Solusi is seeking an HR Staff/Generalist to join our team in Indonesia. You will handle daily HR operations, employee inquiries, and the administration of contracts and travel logistics, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will also manage attendance data, assist with payroll input for a large workforce, and maintain HRIS data while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows with AI tools. A strong IT awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience as HR Staff/Generalist with daily HR operations.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Inquiry: act as an objective bridge between employees and management for daily inquiries and admin matters.
• Administration: draft and manage HR documents and travel logistics for staff.
• Payroll Processing: verify attendance data and prepare payroll input for a large workforce.
• HRIS & Data Optimization: input daily data into HRIS and suggest workflow improvements.
