Job summary

Tech in Asia is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle in Indonesia. The role is hybrid, covering payroll, BPJS, insurance, and employee records, with Indonesian employment documentation and amendments handled in line with local requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in HR Generalist or HR Operations, strong knowledge of BPJS programs, payroll experience, and excellent English communication for regional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations in Indonesia.
• Good knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Experience with Indonesia payroll, deductions, salary changes and benefits administration.
• Experience preparing employment, freelancer or contractor agreements and amendments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR processes independently.
• Good written and spoken English, with experience working with regional or international teams.

• Manage employment documentation, contracts, amendments and other HR administration in line with Indonesian requirements.
