Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Hybrid HR Generalist for our Indonesia team. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, payroll, BPJS, contracts, and HR administration, coordinating with regional teams. Strong English and Indonesia labour practices are required.

This role focuses on localized HR operations, employee relations, performance support, and benefits administration, with collaboration across Finance, Vendors and local management in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations in Indonesia.
• Hands-on experience with Indonesian employment practices and BPJS processes.
• Experience handling payroll, salary changes and benefits administration.
• Experience with employee insurance, claims and vendor management.

Salary range: IDR 9,000,000 - 12,000,000

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle in Indonesia, from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll, BPJS, insurance and employee records
• Manage employment documentation, contracts, amendments and other HR administration in line with Indonesian requirements
• Support managers with performance management

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations or a similar role, with hands‑on experience managing HR in Indonesia
• Good knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Indonesian employment practices
• Experience with Indonesia payroll, employee deductions, salary changes and benefits administration
• Experience managing employee insurance, claims and benefits providers
• Experience preparing employment, freelancer or contractor agreements and amendments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR processes independently
• Good written and spoken English, with experience working with regional or international teams
