Job summary

PT FIM Asia Indonesia is seeking an hands-on HRGA Assist Manager in Jakarta to lead end-to-end HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor compliance. The role involves developing HR policies, governance frameworks, and record‑keeping, while coordinating with notaries, government bodies, and external consultants.

The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee administration, and organizational development within a proactive, detail‑oriented, and independent contributor capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and administration.
• Ability to implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Coordinate payroll data, statutory deductions, PPh 21, overtime, leave.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, internal regulations, SOPs, and administrative guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment and employee administration.
• Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and government institutions on HR, statutory, and regulatory matters.
• Support organizational development, performance management, and governance initiatives.
• Maintain organized document management and record control systems.
