Job summary

PT Nusaraya TalentLink Indonesia is seeking a hands-on HR Operations Manager to oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, BPJS, and overtime administration in Jakarta. You will lead the HR team, ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws, and coordinate with Disnaker when required.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in HR, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Experience handling employee grievances and industrial relations disputes
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
• English and Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage
• Willing to be placed in the PIK-2 area
• Available to join as soon as possible, or by end of September at the latest

Responsibilities

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage payroll, BPJS, and overtime administration
• Handle other HR administrative matters
• Oversee daily HR team operations
• Coordinate with Dinas Ketenagakerjaan (Disnaker) when necessary
• Ensure company policies and regulations are applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handle employee grievances and industrial relations disputes
