Job summary

PT DWIMITRA SUKSES PERKASA invites a detail‑oriented Learning & Development Assistant to support hotel training initiatives in Jakarta. You will help plan, coordinate, and run training programs and assist onboarding for new staff.

You will maintain training records, evaluations, and development data, and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth programs. A diploma or bachelor’s in a related field and 1 year in L&D or HR are preferred; strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hospitality, HR, Education, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Assist in identifying training needs based on operational requirements and employee performance.

Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure training programs run smoothly.

Prepare regular training reports and provide administrative support for L&D activities.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

1 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a similar role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.

Good understanding of hotel operations and hospitality service standards.

Familiar with employee training, onboarding, and training administration.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Able to work with different departments and handle multiple training activities.

Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

Willing to work in a hotel operational environment and support training activities based on business needs.

Preferred

- Experience handling service excellence, grooming, SOP, product knowledge, leadership, and mandatory hotel training programs is an advantage.
