Job summary

Swissôtel Nusantara, a distinguished Accor hotel in Indonesia's new capital, invites HR professionals to join the team. You will lead recruitment, develop talent pipelines, and oversee learning plans while ensuring labor-law compliance.

The role emphasizes employee development, CSR engagement, and cross-functional collaboration within a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR role at an international brand.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Positive and outgoing personality with strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Experienced in HR operations, L&D, SunFish, BPJS TK & KIS, and HR initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law.
• Flexible with working hours and able to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and orientation.
• Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Develop the annual learning plan and calendar.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews and requirements.
• Promote continuous learning and career development.
• Coordinate the annual performance review process.
• Lead Heartist engagement, celebrations, wellness, EES and CSR programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contracts.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Support dispute resolution and conflict management.
• Maintain personnel files and confidential documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and monthly P&C reports.
• Support emergency response planning and employee awareness programs.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.

• Experienced in handling HR operations, L&D, SunFish, BPJS TK & KIS, and HR-related initiatives/programs.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law.
• Flexible with working hours and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
