BUNGA WANGSA SEDJATI (Jawa Timur Park Group) is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and employee development within its hospitality and tourism operations. The role focuses on recruitment across multiple departments, plus training design, delivery, and HR documentation.
The ideal candidate holds a minimum S1 in Psychology, HRM, Hospitality, or related field, with 1–3 years in recruitment and training.
This role manages end-to-end talent acquisition and employee development for a hospitality and tourism organization. You will oversee recruitment processes across multiple departments, design and deliver training programs, and ensure effective HR administration and documentation.
Manage end-to-end candidate search process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and hiring across various departments, particularly hotel operations and tourism
Post job vacancies across multiple platforms and coordinate with relevant departments regarding workforce needs (daily staff, monthly staff, and seasonal/temporary staff)
Conduct employer branding to attract top talent in the hospitality and tourism industry
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for employees in each unit
Design, develop, and evaluate training modules including hospitality service excellence, product knowledge, leadership, and workplace safety procedures
Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees to facilitate adaptation to company culture
Monitor training program effectiveness through feedback and post-training evaluation
Manage recruitment data and training documentation accurately using the company HRIS system
Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment and training functions
Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques and training module development methods
Understanding of applicable employment regulations
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
