PT Siaga Abdi Utama is seeking a Payroll Professional to lead end-to-end payroll processing and drive governance, controls, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Human Capital, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Data teams to support payroll transformation.

The ideal candidate will be a Payroll SME with strong analytical skills, experience in process reengineering, and a track record of scalable payroll initiatives within large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll operations or related areas.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing and multi-population payrolls.
• Experience in business analysis and payroll process improvement.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing: input, validation, processing, reconciliation, approval and reporting.
• Payroll governance: SOPs, calendars, roles & escalation, internal controls.
