Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian payroll, PPH21, BPJS, overtime and THR.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS/payroll system.
• Detail oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
• Placement in Batam.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, overtime and deductions.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime and employee payroll data.
• Calculate PPH 21, BPJS, THR, bonus, final pay and PKWT compensation when applicable, prepare supporting report and coordinate statutory reporting.
• Prepare payroll summaries, payslips, bank transfer files, and reconciliation with Finance.
• Resolve payroll queries and maintain confidential records.
