Job summary

LIUGONG FINANCE INDONESIA is seeking a payroll-focused HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end monthly payroll processes for our Indonesia team. You will handle salary components, allowances, overtime, and deductions while ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws.

You will maintain employee data, respond to payroll inquiries, and prepare reports for audits and management. English fluency is required, Mandarin is a plus, and collaboration with HR and Finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong understanding of payroll calculations, PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment, payroll, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processes including salary, allowances, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll components.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation and payment according to policies and regulations.
• Handle payroll-related employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies confidentially.
• Maintain payroll data including attendance, leave, overtime, salary adjustments, and status changes.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents for Finance, Accounting, management, and audit.
• Assist with HR data reporting and other HR operational/administrative activities.
