Job summary

RELX International Enterprise HK Limited in Batam is seeking a payroll specialist to process monthly payroll with accuracy, including salaries, allowances, overtime, and deductions.

The role requires knowledge of Indonesian payroll (PPH21, BPJS, THR) and proficiency with Excel and HRIS/payroll systems; placement is in Batam. You will verify data, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery of payroll with confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian payroll, PPH21, BPJS, overtime and THR.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS/payroll system.
• Detail oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
• Placement in Batam.
