Job summary

PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia) is seeking a payroll/HR administrator in West Java to join our manufacturing team. You will handle monthly payroll processes, BPJS and tax compliance, and payroll data management with confidentiality and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or HR, 1–3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and good English communication; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of payroll or HR administration experience.
• Familiar with Indonesian payroll regulations, BPJS, and PPh 21.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Good communication in English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses, accurately and on schedule.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime records, and other payroll-related data.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21 administration in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary slips, and supporting documents, and reconcile payroll data with Finance.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and respond to employee inquiries regarding salary and payroll discrepancies.
