Job summary

PT Amerta Indah Otsuka is seeking a Payroll Staff to execute payroll processes and maintain accurate compensation data within the HRIS for employees and interns in distribution branches. This role ensures compliance with payroll regulations and provides support for payroll-related inquiries, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Reward Management department.

The successful candidate will collect monthly input, process payroll, manage deductions, and assist with HR operations such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll systems, date management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulation (PPh 21) and BPJS administration.
• HR data reporting and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll data accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collect monthly payroll input from departments to ensure accuracy.
• Process monthly payroll and disburse salaries on time.
• Maintain and update employee compensation data in HRIS.
• Administer deductions and handle discrepancies in salary payments.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including data management and onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee movements.
• Respond to payroll and HR inquiries with timely information.
• Ensure tax status changes and issue tax reporting forms.
