Job summary

PT Anugerah Digital Indonesia is seeking an HR Payroll Staff to manage end-to-end payroll and employee administration. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll, manage BPJS and PPh 21 administration, maintain records, and support HR activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years' payroll/HR admin experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and familiarity with Talenta HRIS. You will work with cross-functional teams and handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Management or related field.
• 3–4 years of payroll/HR administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll components, BPJS, and PPh 21 processes.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
• Handle BPJS and PPh 21 administration and reporting.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
• Prepare payroll reports and HR-related reports on time.
• Communicate payroll, attendance, BPJS, and tax-related matters to employees and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and BPJS regulations.
