Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; IT or Industrial Eng background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.
• English proficiency mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Experience in payroll system development, enhancement, or upgrades.
• Experience validating, transforming, and migrating large volumes of employee data.
• Knowledge of BPJS, CPF, taxation, festive benefits, and related rules.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with databases and tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate employee payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Execute payroll processing including salary, allowances, deductions, taxes, and components.
• Administer employee data in payroll systems for hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and benefits.
• Perform regular migration of attendance data into the payroll system.
• Support payroll system development, enhancement, and upgrades.
• Prepare payroll cost, demographics, salary layers, and budget vs actual reports.
• Provide guidance to internal users on payroll system functionality.
• Assist actuarial reporting and other payroll analyses as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment and payroll regulations.
