Job summary

Tarumanagara Foundation in Jakarta Barat is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Staff to manage monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, attendance, and leave with confidentiality.

You will maintain payroll data, support PPh 21 and BPJS, reconcile with accounting, prepare payroll reports, and coordinate with HR on data accuracy and policy compliance. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll, HR Administration, Finance, or related role.
• Good understanding of payroll administration, BPJS, and PPh 21.
• Familiarity with Indonesian employment and payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare and verify payroll data, including salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, attendance, and leave.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the calculation and administration of PPh 21 and other payroll-related taxes.
• Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documents for internal and external use.
• Coordinate with HR on employee data, attendance, benefits, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and regulations and maintain confidentiality.
• Support payroll audits and related administrative activities.
