Job summary

Tarumanagara Foundation is seeking a Payroll Staff to join our finance team in Indonesia. You will handle monthly payroll processing, ensure data accuracy, and maintain confidential employee information with a strong eye for detail.

The role requires familiarity with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21 considerations, and collaboration with HR to resolve payroll inquiries. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of payroll or HR administration experience.
• Solid understanding of BPJS and PPh 21 concepts.
• Familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare payroll data such as salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, attendance, and leaves.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Calculate BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan contributions.
• Assist with PPh 21 and related tax matters.
• Reconcile payroll with accounting records.
• Prepare payroll reports for internal/external use.
• Coordinate with HR on data, attendance, benefits, and adjustments.
• Address payroll inquiries with confidentiality.
• Support payroll audits and related tasks.
