Job summary

J&T Express in Jakarta is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage and process monthly payroll accurately, including salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and related components. You will ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years of payroll or HR administration experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with HRIS, and the ability to handle confidential information while coordinating with HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS/payroll systems.
• Good understanding of Indonesian payroll practices and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential employee information.
