PT Inovasi Terdepan Nusantara is seeking an HR Operations and Payroll professional to execute end-to-end payroll processes with absolute accuracy, manage compliance with BPJS and PPh 21, and oversee benefits administration. You will support data-driven decision-making and ensure timely reporting.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR Operations experience, strong Excel/HRIS skills, and the ability to coordinate with external vendors while maintaining data confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Economic.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
Strong operational track record in end‑to‑end payroll management, salary benchmarking administration, and employee benefits execution.
Deep, practical knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, including updates from UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS regulations, and PPh 21 TER calculations.
Familiarity with job evaluation, grading frameworks, and market competitiveness analysis to support managerial decision‑making.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, paired with meticulous attention to detail in data management and reporting.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with external vendors and third‑party consultants.
Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional communication skills to resolve employee queries empathetically and effectively.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (capable of complex formulas and data modeling) and direct hands‑on experience operating HRIS platforms.
High standard of integrity and proven capability to handle highly confidential employee and executive compensation data discreetly.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Execute end‑to‑end payroll processes, ensuring absolute accuracy in payroll calculation, salary payment, overtime, and attendance reconciliation.
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations regarding statutory deductions, specifically BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan) and PPh 21.
Oversee daily employee benefits administration, managing medical claims, reimbursements, leave administration, and internal welfare initiatives.
Support the Head of HRGA by providing operational data and insights to evaluate and execute Compensation & Benefits programs.
Facilitate domestic and international business trip arrangements, ensuring smooth travel bookings, accommodation, visa support, travel documentation, and expense reimbursement processes.
Generate, review, and maintain routine HR reports focusing on payroll, compensation, attendance, headcount, and employee administration on a weekly and monthly basis.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for external vendors, including insurance providers, expatriate services, and travel management partners.
Audit and maintain employee data within the HRIS, strictly upholding data confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with internal Company policies.
