Job summary

StaffAny Private Limited in Jakarta is seeking a Payroll Consultant (Product Success) to help customers onboard and adopt StaffAny with a strong focus on payroll. You will support customer setup, requirements gathering, training and payroll troubleshooting, while progressively developing the skills needed to manage your own portfolio of customers.

You will work closely with Product Success Managers, help with non-standard setup and customer training where necessary, and prepare requirements,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of payroll processing, payroll outsourcing or HR operations experience.
• Good understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, including PPh 21, BPJS and Coretax.
• Based in Jakarta and able to attend onsite customer meetings.
• Highly proficient in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Join kickoff meetings to understand customer requirements and support account setup.
• Assist with non-standard setup and customer training where necessary.
• Prepare requirements, risks, open questions and recommended next steps before customer meetings.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies, including payroll report comparison and reconciliation.
• Support Product Success Managers with customer queries across WhatsApp, calls and meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Sales to resolve customer issues.
• Gradually taking ownership of smaller customer accounts as you develop.
• Act as the voice of the customer and surface recurring product or process gaps.

As the Payroll Consultant (Product Success), you will work closely with our Product Success Managers (PSMs) to help customers successfully onboard and adopt StaffAny, with a strong focus on payroll. You will support customer setup, requirements gathering, training and payroll troubleshooting, while progressively developing the skills needed to manage your own portfolio of customers.

You Are

• Highly proficient in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Based in Jakarta and able to attend onsite customer meetings
• 1–2 years of payroll processing, payroll outsourcing or HR operations experience
• Good understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, including PPh 21, BPJS and Coretax
• Strong problem solving skills and comfortable investigating payroll discrepancies
• Accountable and able to follow through and close the loop
• Keen to grow into a full Product Success Manager within 12–24 months
• Bonus if you have experience in a technology / SaaS company
• Bonus if you have strong Excel skills or experience using AI tools and APIs

You Will Find Yourself
