Job summary

SIRCLO Indonesia is seeking a detail‑oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll data for both in‑house and outsourced staff. The role focuses on accuracy, privacy, and timely administration of payroll and benefits across the organization.

You will validate overtime, reconcile discrepancies, coordinate with partners, and document processes per SOPs while seeking opportunities to automate and improve workflows. Experience with BPJS and corporate insurance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accountancy, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll ops, or HR ops.
• Foundational understanding of payroll cycles, benefit administration, and employee data management (e.g. BPJS, corporate insurance).
• Strong data processing capabilities with Google Sheets and Workspace add-ons.
• Rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and analysis with high accuracy.
• Uphold strict data privacy in payroll and benefits management.
• Produce clear, systematic administrative documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile payroll data for in-house and outsourced employees.
• Validate overtime records prior to further processing.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of payroll data, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
• Validate documentation and administer employee benefit registrations, amendments, terminations.
• Ensure benefit records adhere to policies and statutory regulations.
• Execute benefit administration processes accurately and on schedule while safeguarding data confidentiality.
• Manage relationships with corporate benefit partners and vendors.
• Ensure services from partners align with service levels and business requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and address benefit-related issues.
• Support review and development of benefit partnerships to enhance service quality.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for workflow improvement.
• Document administrative procedures per SOPs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency across Compensation & Benefits.
