PT TSING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Staff to support our HR team in payroll, benefits, and BPJS administration in Tangerang. The role suits detail-oriented individuals who enjoy data and Excel.

You will help maintain compensation records, assist with tax data, and respond to employee inquiries while keeping information confidential. This is a great entry point for a career in C&B and HR operations within a dynamic organization.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in HR, management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR operations.
Strong Excel skills and comfort with numerical data.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Mansioni

Support monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, incentives, and deductions.
Verify payroll data and documents for accuracy before processing.
Maintain employee salary, allowance, and compensation records.
Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan registrations and reconciliations.
Assist with payroll tax administration (PPh 21).
Prepare payroll, BPJS, compensation, and benefits reports and respond to employee inquiries.
