Job summary

SIRCLO, a leading omnichannel commerce enabler in Indonesia, seeks a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to manage payroll data for in-house and outsourced staff, validate overtime, and ensure data accuracy and privacy. You will administer benefit registrations, coordinate with partners, and drive process improvements in a fast‑paced environment in Tangerang.

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll operations, or HR operations.
• Solid understanding of payroll cycles, benefit administration, and employee data management (e.g., BPJS, corporate insurance).
• Strong data processing with Google Sheets and Google Workspace add-ons.
• Rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and analysis with high accuracy.
• Uphold data privacy and precision in payroll and benefits management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile payroll data for in-house and outsourced employees.
• Validate overtime records prior to processing.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of payroll data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries.
• Validate documentation and administer employee benefit registrations and amendments.
• Ensure benefit records adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Execute benefit administration processes accurately and on schedule.
• Manage relationships with benefit partners and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and address benefit-related issues.
• Support development of benefit partnerships to improve service quality.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies, risks, and workflow improvement opportunities.
• Document all administrative procedures per SOPs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in Compensation & Benefits.
