• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing collaborations, partnerships, sponsorship, or business relations.
• Experience in retail, mall management, agencies, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Proven in developing and managing strategic partnership and collaboration programs.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement and loyalty programs is preferred.
• Experience in negotiation, sponsorship deals, and partnership contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
