Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Manpower Operations, Vendor Management, or related fields.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating operations across multiple facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manpower execution across assigned facilities to achieve manpower fulfillment and on-time deployment against confirmed plans.
• Manage and guide the Execution team, set priorities, monitor performance, and support the team in resolving key operational issues and escalations.
• Work with Operations and manpower vendors to manage manpower gaps, requirement changes, and execution risks.
• Establish and maintain execution standards, SOPs, cut-offs, and escalation processes across facilities.
• Identify recurring operational issues and drive root-cause resolution and process improvement with stakeholders.
• Lead the rollout of manpower-related projects and initiatives into BAU, ensuring readiness and adoption.
