Shopee in Bangkok is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition & Partner Pitching professional to grow the SPX locker network by sourcing locations, negotiating leases, and building partnerships with property owners and operators across the region.

You will conduct field visits, assess feasibility, and coordinate with Operations and Deployment teams to enable rapid rollout across multiple buildings, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in offline site acquisition, business development, real estate expansion, or field operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of pitching and closing site leases or partnerships.
• Willingness to spend 60%–70% of working hours conducting field visits and client meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Site Acquisition & Partner Pitching: source locations, pitch to property owners, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Site Visits & Feasibility Assessment: conduct field surveys and assess space, power, signal, safety, and accessibility.
• Execution & Stakeholder Management: coordinate with SPX Ops, Engineering, and Deployment; maintain relationships for rollout.
