Job summary

Shopee in Bangkok is seeking an experienced Operations professional to serve as Regional Liaison & Communication, translating regional requirements into local SOPs for SOC and RC teams. You will perform daily volume reconciliation between local warehouse systems and regional dashboards, track SIP parcels, analyze discrepancies, and drive root-cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Regional Liaison & Communication: act as the secondary point of contact for the Regional SIP CB team, participating in daily/weekly sync-ups in English to align on targets and operational constraints. Translate regional requirements into actionable local SOPs for the SOC and RC teams.
• Volume Reconciliation & Data Expertise: perform daily Volume Reconciliation between local warehouse systems and regional SIP dashboards to identify gaps or "missing parcels." Develop and maintain tracking files (using Advanced Excel/SQL) to monitor the end-to-end journey of SIP parcels.
• Operational Control & FIFO Management: work closely with the SOC team to ensure SIP parcels follow strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) logic to meet international shipping lead times. Monitor SLA compliance for outbound parcels, ensuring regional Cross-Border standards are met.
• Continuous Improvement (CI): identify bottlenecks in the SIP handover process and propose data-backed solutions to improve throughput. Assist the Planning Manager in manpower modeling specifically for SIP-heavy periods (e.g., Double Day campaigns).

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
