English 1 seeks a Head of Partner Acquisition and Expansion to drive end-to-end growth of its learning centre network in Indonesia. You will identify and secure new partners, structure expansions, and guide each centre from signing to launch.

You will manage the pipeline, lead commercial talks, and coordinate with Legal/Finance to finalize terms, while ensuring readiness and launch success for each centre.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 8+ years’ experience in multi-unit expansion and partner development.
• Experience in education, retail, F&B or healthcare networks.
• Familiarity with site selection and retail catchment analysis.
• Proven track record of closing partner or licensing agreements.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to fixed deadlines.
• Strong commercial and financial analysis capability.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective partners.
• Assess prospective partners against defined criteria including capital adequacy and cultural fit.
• Lead commercial discussions through to signed agreement with Legal and Finance.
• Own expansion conversations with existing partner groups.
• Maintain a national territory map identifying priority cities for expansion.
• Maintain a rolling 12-month expansion pipeline aligned to the annual plan.
• Act as project owner from agreement to opening across site selection, fit-out, licensing, recruitment, and pre-opening marketing.
• Arrange regular project reviews with partners and internal functions; escalations.
• Report pipeline status, conversion, and opening progress to leadership on a defined cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, agreements, and milestones.
