Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance – Lead the center team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while optimizing resources.
• Drive Local Marketing Initiatives – Plan and execute offline marketing activities, community engagement programs, partnerships, and local events to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive center traffic.
• Ensure Exceptional Member Experience – Oversee daily operations, ensuring the center maintains high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop and Coach the Team – Mentor and support team members, equipping them with the skills to succeed in sales and customer service.
• Optimize Center Operations – Manage processes efficiently to create a smooth, engaging, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
