Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Packing and Robotic Engineer in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will lead maintenance planning, process development, and the implementation of Planned Maintenance in a continuous improvement environment.

You will manage teams, contractors, and operations staff to sustain line performance. You will own line technology and centerline settings, drive PM systems, manage R&M budgets, and develop technician capabilities to operate and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in FMCG.
Proven experience maintaining filling and packing machines.
Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
Robotics experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale).
Own technology, process, and centerline settings; manage PM and RM budgets.
Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance, build technician skills, lead PM processes at line/department level.
Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements and cost reduction; be the site technology owner in regional/global forums.
Assist in VSU initiatives and mentor PM-related skills within the plant.
