Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group seeks an experienced outpatient services administrator to oversee administrative and operational functions within the Outpatient Unit across our hospital network. The role focuses on staff development, quality and discipline, and maintaining strong relationships with specialist doctors.

You will also supervise budgeting, scheduling, and service delivery, coordinate with other departments, and plan procurement to support efficient outpatient services across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree from Medicine/Hospital Administration.
• Have minimum 5 years work experience in Hospital services (especially in the Outpatient area).
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a multidisciplinary team and drive departmental success.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
• In-depth knowledge of outpatient service operations, including patient care, scheduling, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out and being responsible for administrative functions, operational activities and smooth service in the Outpatient Unit as well as providing staff development which includes quality and discipline as well as establishing good relationships and communication with all specialist doctors who practice in the Outpatient Unit.

• Carry out planning for each procurement of facilities and infrastructure in the Outpatient Services Department.
