Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist in MedTech Sales for Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The role combines clinical support, sales execution, surgeon education, and operating room assistance to drive adoption of hip, knee, and robotic-assisted orthopedics.

You will work with surgeons, hospital administrators, distributors, and internal stakeholders to achieve strong clinical and commercial outcomes, while traveling to support OR procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
• English proficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME of company's products to support the surgery and customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit timely business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations in all commercial activities.
