Job summary

GrabKios Operation Excellence is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead process transformation and provide technical guidance for partner integrations. This role reports to the Manager, Digital & Sustainability Operations, and is based onsite in the Grab Jakarta office.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support to optimize integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with APIs and data exchange formats (JSON/XML) is required.
• Strong communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive operation process transformation to enable automation.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to understand integration needs and guide the integration process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve partner integration issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support to align objectives and metrics.
• Develop and maintain integration process documentation and specs.
• Monitor impact of improvements on efficiency and reliability post-integration.
• Guide integration solutions using APIs, SDKs, and related tech.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
