Job summary

Grab is seeking a Manager, Omnicommerce Operational Excellence & API in Jakarta to lead the full lifecycle of restaurant partner integrations and local product launches. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure platform stability, high operating quality, and scalable merchant experiences.

Based onsite in Jakarta, you will partner with leadership to drive API pipelines, GTM strategies, and risk‑management processes for Grab ID.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to leadership and executives.
Hands-on API integrations, POS partners, and tech product ecosystems.
Ability to navigate merchant disputes and commercial agreements.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Experience launching complex GTM product rollouts.
CRM-related business operations experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical partnership discussions and API integration pipelines for Grab ID.
Design and execute GTM rollout strategies with cross-functional coordination.
Oversee reservation operations, billing SOPs, and merchant framework quality.
Ensure onboarding of new merchants with structured guidance and workflows.
Drive merchant partner satisfaction and offer ongoing operational guidance.
Oversee risk management workflows to prevent fraud in merchant operations.
