Job summary

PT Etrama Nusa Energi is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Officer to join our Jakarta office on a full-time basis. The role sits at the intersection of consulting and operations, driving improvements and optimising processes to align with business objectives.

You will lead initiatives to enhance performance, implement best-practice methodologies, and foster a continuous improvement culture across teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in operational excellence, process improvement, business consulting, or strategic operations management.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven solutions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder-influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow gaps, analyze processes, and implement efficiency improvements across projects.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support waste-reduction initiatives.
• Develop, review, and improve SOPs, workflows, and standards.
• Support and facilitate training on problem-solving and continuous improvement tools.
• Coordinate company-wide improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
