Job summary

Kredivo Group Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead SOP development and ongoing process improvements within Sales Operations. You will build structure where missing, hold teams accountable, and drive cross-functional delivery across sales, operations, and product.

You will document clear SOPs, measure impact, and push for continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles and popular tools like Jira or Asana.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project, program, or operations management.
• Ability to write and enforce SOPs and process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, root-cause mindset.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Project management certification (PMP) is a nice-to-have.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain clear SOPs for core processes.
• Roll out SOPs to relevant teams and ensure they are understood and consistently followed.
• Coordinate across functions to align priorities and drive delivery.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks in the process, and optimise the process.
• Define clear requirements and proposals for process improvements.
• Convert improvement ideas into actionable plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.
• Measure the impact of changes and iterate based on results.
