Responsibilities

• Conduct and monitor the Weekly reimbursement process.
• Conduct and monitor Procurement Process: PR, PO and related activities.
• Prepare and monitor quarterly invoices.
• Provide monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Monitor operations inventory and data accuracy.
• Oversee efficiency of operational processes.
• Coordinate Participants & Staff data and ensure data validity.
• Handle incoming/outgoing letters and administrative communications.
• Collaborate with related units to improve operations.
