BINUS Group in Tangerang is seeking an Operations Associate Manager to oversee weekly reimbursements, procurement, invoices, and financial reporting. The role supports academic processes and coordination with external parties to ensure efficient operations.

You will monitor inventory, ensure data validity for participants and staff, and assist in documentation and recruitment letters, contributing to quality management and process improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in senior staff level positions.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience.
• Bachelor degree required.

Mansioni

• Conduct and monitor the Weekly reimbursement process.
• Conduct and monitor Procurement Process: PR, PO and etc.
• Conduct and monitor quarterly invoices.
• Provide Finance Monthly report and Yearly basis summary report.
• Monitor operations inventory and efficiency of processes.
• Oversee data validity for Participants & Staffs.
• Coordinate with related units regarding operations process.
• Assist in documentation for academic processes and recruitment letters.
