Job summary

BINUS Group in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Staff-level Finance/Operations support professional to improve efficiency and governance across procurement, reimbursements, invoicing, and data management.

You will coordinate daily, weekly and monthly processes, assist academic documentation, and support external party coordination while delivering monthly reports and ensuring data validity.

A minimum bachelor degree and 2–4 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/Experience: Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level positions or Minimum 4 years of working experiences

Responsibilities

• Conduct and monitor the Weekly reimbursement process
• Conduct and monitor Procurement Process : PR, PO and etc
• Conduct and monitor quarterly invoices
• Provide Finance Monthly report and Yearly basis summary report
• Monitor operations inventory
• Oversee efficiency of operational processes
• Monitor and update the Participants & Staffs data
• Ensure the validity of Participants & Staffs information data
• Conduct and monitor the Incoming – Outgoing letters
• Coordinate with other related units regarding the operations process
• Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement
• Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
• Assist in Coordinating daily, weekly and monthly services provided by external parties
• Support academic process especially related with documentation, such as certificate, participants stipendium, pedagogy demands, etc.
• Support recruitment process, especially related with incoming/outgoing formal letters, etc
