Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff to oversee Student Club & Activity operations on campus. You’ll coordinate with various sections to implement policies, review proposals, and monitor program outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, budgeting oversight, coaching committees, and ensuring compliant and effective student programs. Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or Minimum 4 years of working experience.
• Experience in extracurricular program development.
• Experience as mentor or guide extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate student clubs activities and governance.
• Review proposal and activity reports by each Student Clubs.
• Provide coaching to student organization committee.
• Oversee financial reporting and budget usage of student club.
• Ensure governance and compliance in student clubs and programs.
• Develop strategies, policies, guidelines and practices for student activities.
• Coordinate all student activities.
• Provide field inspection reports and monitoring summaries for programs.
