• Strong management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrange work plan for procurement planning section.
• Build good relationship with vendor.
• Represent Procurement to receive requisitions from user.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate internal processes for continual improvement.
• Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures.
• Perform budget stock & non-stock request validation.
• Provide advice on materials based on price evaluation.
• Analyze and set up financial estimations for BU needs.
• Conduct vendor evaluation and suggest continuance/change requirements.
• Evaluate and monitor vendor contract performance.
