Job summary

PT Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO) in Jakarta is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, fleet, and office support teams for employees. You will coordinate tasks, prepare procurement and vehicle reports, ensure FIFO stock accuracy, and supervise staff during events, weekends, and long shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in General Affairs/Operations management and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; open to all majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs/Operations management.
• Meticulous and agile in administrative and operational tasks.
• Preferably experience in MICE or events industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations for employees and manage support staff.
• Arrange task distributions for office boys, drivers, kitchen, and warehouse staff.
• Prepare weekly/monthly procurement and vehicle usage reports.
• Design menus and schedule procurement of food ingredients.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure inventory accuracy and FIFO compliance.
• Ensure central kitchen workflow and employee meals run on schedule.
• Coordinate vehicle paperwork renewals and maintain organized vehicle records.
