This is an Operations Management role responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure high efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards and SOPs. You will manage operational budgets, control costs, and drive initiatives to maximize profitability and P&L performance. You will direct, mentor, and evaluate cross-functional teams while establishing clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure high efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards and SOPs

Manage operational budgets, control costs, and drive initiatives to maximize profitability and P&L performance

Direct, mentor, and evaluate cross-functional teams; establish clear KPIs and foster a high-performance culture

Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement new systems or procedures to boost productivity

Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, health and safety protocols, and internal policies

Coordinate with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners/vendors to align operational goals

Analyze operational metrics and present regular performance reports and action plans to executive management

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5+ years in operations management

At least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role

Proven experience managing daily operations, P&L/budgets, and cross-functional teams

Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken)

Willing to work flexible hours and travel to operational sites as needed

Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing workflow standards and SOPs

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Mekari), KPI tracking and reporting

Strong team management, coaching, and delegation skills

Fast decision-making under pressure and root-cause analysis capability
