Titanium is seeking a hands-on Operations & Workshop Manager to oversee vehicle body modification and assembly in line with technical specs and client designs.
You will manage production workflows, control costs, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate branch supply chain including parts and materials while driving regional service contracts with dealers and logistics providers. Strong CAD skills and ERP experience are a plus.
This role involves overseeing vehicle body modification and assembly operations in accordance with technical specifications and customer-agreed designs. You will manage production workflows, ensure quality standards, control costs, lead regional sales initiatives, and implement workplace safety procedures across the workshop.
Oversee the modification and assembly workflow of vehicle bodies according to technical specifications and agreed customer designs
Ensure final body assembly results meet standards for strength, aesthetics, reliability, and road-worthiness regulations (SRUT/RUT)
Manage branch supply chain including inventory of main materials (steel plates, support beams, glass, hydraulic components) and accessory spare parts
Control Production Cost (BPP) at the branch to minimise material waste and optimise technician and welder working hours
Lead regional sales team in identifying new cooperation contracts with commercial vehicle dealers, logistics companies, courier services, and government agencies
Implement and oversee strict Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures in the workshop area to prevent workplace accidents
Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly) on branch profitability, workshop utilisation, and human resource utilisation to Central Management
Identify fleet procurement projects (buses, trucks, ambulances, special vehicles) from logistics companies, mining operations, or government agencies
Minimum SMK qualification in Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma (D3) in Logistics Management / Warehouse Administration
Minimum 1-2 years experience as Warehouse Staff, Purchasing Officer, or Spare Parts Supervisor in automotive industry, large workshops, or body fabrication manufacturing
Proficiency in warehouse administration, inventory/ERP software (such as SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel), and understanding of commercial vehicle chassis components and fabrication materials
High attention to detail, firm in goods supervision, honest, and able to communicate effectively with mechanics and management
Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Autodesk Inventor for precise 2D/3D technical drawings according to vehicle chassis dimensions
Proficiency in Sketchup / CorelDRAW / Photoshop for quick presentations or livery design (stickers/exterior paint) to appeal to clients
Understanding of materials and knowledge of when to design using steel plates, aluminium, fibreglass, or sandwich panels based on budget and function
