Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high efficiency and SOP adherence.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Direct, mentor, and evaluate cross-functional teams; establish KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement new systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, health and safety, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and external partners to align goals.
• Analyze metrics and present performance reports to executives.
