Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar senior hospitality role, with 2–3 years in full-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems and POS software.
• Sound understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and analysis.
• Outstanding customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
