Job summary

PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager in Bali to lead daily operations at our venues. You will ensure SOP compliance, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain high guest satisfaction.

The role drives sales, profits, and labor cost targets while overseeing inventory across outlets. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in hospitality or related field, with 3–5 years in restaurant ops and at least 2 in management; willingness to work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations is preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Solid understanding of restaurant financial management including P&L, food cost, labor cost, and inventory control.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
Mantain high standards of guest satisfaction
Achieve sales, profit and labor cost targets
Oversee inventory levels of food, beverages, supplies, and operational equipment.
